Meet the Band
Teresa Cole – Vocal
Teresa Lynn Cole was born into a musical family and raised in Austin, Texas - the live music capitol of the world. She started singing at an early age, modeling herself after singers like Patsy Cline, Etta James, and Aretha Franklin. She began her singing career in the band, Magnetic M-Pac, opening for performers such as Bob Schneider and The Scabs. Teresa is also a gifted songwriter and collaborated with producers, Brandon Bishop and Philip Rackley, to produce her first album, Just a Matter of Time. Teresa joined Sauce in 2002 and is the only female vocalist in the band. While her album continues to gain notoriety throughout the world, Teresa’s vivacious energy and vocals help Sauce get people dancing. 
Adrian Washington - Vocal
A seasoned ingredient in the band, Adrian Martell Washington started performing when he was 5 years old. His grandmother realized his potential and helped him with his stage presence and choreography in his elementary school talent shows. Fast-forward to 2002, Adrian auditioned for American Idol and was chosen as one of the top 100 finalists for the second season. In 2005, he auditioned for the weekly, televised talent contest, Gimme’ the Mike and was chosen as one of the top two finalists. As a lead vocalist in Sauce, Adrian continues to wow audiences across the globe with his performances. 
Nathan Hubble – Vocal
Singer and songwriter, Nathan Hubble, combines pop, blues, soul, and acoustics to make music that feels both classic and fresh. Based in Austin, Nathan frequently tours the country to bring his music to fans nationwide. Nathan believes music should reflect life, so his songs capture the human spirit. He also believes music is a record of life, so his songs are often biographical. Nathan works with A&R Select, the world's leading independent artist development firm, based in Los Angeles, California. Nathan’s seasoned experience and vocal talents adds the perfect flavor to Sauce. 
Carlos Sosa – Saxophone
Two-time Grammy and Gospel Music Award winner, Carlos Sosa, founded Grooveline Horns in 1996. Carlos is a talented saxophonist, songwriter and producer and has played with an ever-expanding list of world-renowned musicians such as Blues Traveler, Willie Nelson, Luscious Jackson, Don Henley, Billy Bob Thornton, Pat Green, Ian Moore, Ozomatli, Raymond Webber, Mary Mary and Trey Anastasio. Kelly Clarkson also chose Grooveline Horns for her 2007 summer tour. Carlos is a regular performer with Jason Mraz, Bob Schneider, Boombox, The Scabs, Sauce, and Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk. He has also been a record producer for seven years, and has written and arranged music for MTV's "Pimp My Ride" and "Run's House." Carlos is the Immediate Past President of the Texas Chapter of The Recording Academy. Carlos and Grooveline Horns jazz-up Sauce and get fans groovin’ on the dance floor. 
Fernando Castillo – Trumpet
Fernando Castillo is the zesty trumpet player for Sauce and co-founder of the Grooveline Horns. He has played and recorded with some of the biggest names in the industry including Jason Mraz, Rob Thomas, Trey Anastasio, Blues Traveler, Ivan Neville's Dumpstaphunk, Willie Nelson, Ozomatli, Salvador, and Don Henley. Grooveline Horns have won many prestigious awards, including a 2005 Latin Grammy with La Mafia for Best Group Album, a 2004 Dove Gospel Music Award with Salvador for Spanish Lanquage Album of the Year and is a seven-time award winner for "Best Horn Section" by the Austin Chronicle. Fernando has also written music for MTV's "Pimp My Ride," MSNBC's "American Made," and Broadway's "A Prelude to a Kiss." 
Reggie Watkins – Trombone
With more than 20 years of experience, Reggie Watkins spices up Sauce with his talent on the trombone. Reggie has collaborated with legendary jazz trumpet player Maynard Ferguson and was the featured Trombonist and Arranger on the 2001 Maynard Ferguson / Diane Schuur release 'Swingin For Schuur.¹ In Spring 2003, Reggie was selected as one of only eleven semi-finalists by Conrad Herwig and Eddie Bert to perform at the prestigious Thelonious Monk Institute¹s International Jazz Competition in Washington, D.C. In 2004, Watkins released his first solo CD as Band Leader, Trombonist, Composer, Arranger and Producer entitled A-LIST. Reggie also co-produced "MF VI Live at Ronnie Scott's" with Maynard Ferguson and Ed Sargent. In 2007, Reggie prestigiously served as musical director and trombonist for The King of Thailand¹s 80th birthday celebration. Reggie has shared the stage with a long list of international performers including Dave Matthews, Jason Mraz, Arturo Sandoval, Slide Hampton, Dianne Schuur, Jose Feliciano, Urbie Green, Christian Castro, The Temptations, The Ojays, James Moody, Benny Green, Michael Feinstein, Poogie Bell, Roger Humphries, Denis DiBlasio, Eric Reed, Bob Hurst and Carl Allen.
Currently, Reggie can be heard most frequently with Jason Mraz, The Groovline Horns, The Reggie Watkins Band, The Murray Avenue Jazz Initiative, The Boogie Hustlers, Opec, and as featured soloist with high school and college bands across the country and abroad.
Stefano Intelisano - Keyboard
Born and raised in Pavia, Italy, Stefano Intelisano studied classical piano since age 8 with Maestro Ennio Poggi. Stefano went on to teach at the Accademia d'Arte in Voghera, Italy as assistant for Jazz Pianist Umberto Petrin. Soon after, he developed an interest in American music (especially blues and jazz) and broadened his musical skills while playing with the Italian band Chicken Mambo. In 2001, Stefano moved to Austin to become a studio musician/arranger at Merel Bregante's recording studio, The Cribworks, for three years. Throughout his career Stefano has shared the stage with many other talented and popular artists such as Patty Griffin, Cristian Castro, Hal Ketchum, Jimmy Vaughan, Chuck Rainey, John Popper, Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, Delbert McCnlinton, Gary Nicholson (Whitey Johnson), Ivan Neville, Cyril Neville, Marcia Ball, John McEuen, Buckwheat Zydeco, Mike Blakely. Stefano also collaborates regularly with several Austin-based bands including: Jimmy LaFave, Seth Walker, Grooveline Horns band, Boombox ATX, Atash, Mingo Fishtrap, Clay McClinton, John Arthur Martinez, Larry Joe Taylor, and the Gospel Sundays with the Diakonos Ministries band. He will also be on tour with Jason Mraz in the fall 2010. A master at the keys, Stefano takes Sauce to another level with his talented and fast-playing fingers. 
Kevin Scott - Drums
Kevin Scott began playing drums professionally at the age of twelve with local jazz bands in Birmingham, Alabama. Jimmy Chappell from Count Basie Orchestra discovered Kevin with one of the local jazz bands and decided to mentor him. In 1988, Kevin moved to Los Angeles where he began playing with MCA recording artist, Mike Howard. Shortly thereafter, he started touring with such artists as Barry White, Cheryl Hunter, Willie Clayton, Dennis Edwards, David Sea, Stevie Wonder, Christopher Martin, Israel, and New Breed (Grammy Nominated Award Winner). He also took on the role of Musical Director for Sister Sledge and toured extensively with the musical theater production "Stop the Noise, Bring Back the Music." Currently, Kevin is working with Pamela Hart and the Women in Jazz Series, The Greater Mount Zion Baptist Church Band, and he is writing and producing with Valarie Scott and the Dr. James Polk Trio. Kevin is a partner in Twink Records and Semaj Publishing. Kevin's talent on the drums creates the heartbeat of Sauce and adds to the energetic enthusiasm of the band. 
Charles “The Razor” Rieser – Guitar
At a young age, Charles Rieser found himself drawn to music and by the age of sixteen he was already performing live. A full music scholarship lured him away from the NYC music scene to studies in Jazz performance and composition at the University of Maine. Austin's diverse music scene has become a perfect home, allowing Charles to express the many styles he loves to play, from rock to jazz. He has won several Austin Music Poll Awards and has played or recorded with many artist such as Slade Cleaves, The Ugly Americans, Grammy Award winners: Salvadore, local heros: The Scabs, Ugly Americans, Boombox, John Popper of Blues Traveler, The Panic Choir, Stringbones, Hush, The Atlantics, Magnificent Bastard, Jean Synodinos, Rachel Loy, Malford Milligan Brian Keane, Sister 7 and Soul Hat. A founding member of Sauce, Charles loves to bring down the house with the band at every event. 
Jai Dillon - Bass
Jai Dillon brings more than 30 years of musical experience to the group. His musical talents on the bass bring out the fun and funky energy of Sauce. At age five, he began playing the organ and by high school, Jai was playing guitar, keyboard and drums. Jai started playing professionally at age sixteen with veteran L.A. session man and songwriter, Pieter Holland. By the time he was twenty, Jai was recording with heavy hitting producers like Marlon "the Magician McClain, Foster and McKilroy and Stephan Brae. Jai has toured with platinum-selling and award-winning artists such as the English Beat, General Public, and Christian Castro. Jai graduated with honors from the Musicians Institute of Los Angeles.
